Honestly, we have had lots of interest in the house (even at the higher starting price)... But everyone walks away because they don't particularly care for the view from the house.
Whoever can ignore the view for a few years until it changes will get a hell of a deal as the going value of the house will skyrocket at that time.
I am so happy that I can talk about it and be neutral... Great strides in 2018!
The house will get a new septic system as soon as weather permits (whether the house still belongs to us or is bought - we have already signed and paid for this system)...
