2016 Goals

I was going back through my blog posts and found my goals for 2016.


I think I forgot about them the minute I published the post.

I did nothing.
No change in routine, no spiritual book and I fell down on the 10K also.

The only goal that I made for 2017 was... brush my teeth at night.

Yes, that simple and that crazy.

But, I've done it 21 days in a row!
It's the little things!

Starting Over Progress...

The end of November was my start over moment. And I must admit that it has not been easy, at all! It has helped that there is a second cook in the house so I don't have to make two meals every night.

I'm happy to report that I have been semi- successful!

I have not done the steps that I need to do, but I have reacquainted myself with MyFitnessPal and can say that I am down 18lbs.

I still have a long way to go, but I am taking a moment to celebrate!
