I have a food allergy.
I know that I have to be flexible.
I know that I have to be flexible.
I have friends with food allergies, so it gets real interesting when we get together for a meal. Let's see - there is mushrooms, walnuts, peanuts/cashews and cherries.
I know that some restaurants are not able to accommodate all allergies.
And that is okay.
And that is okay.
Just be honest with me, please.
However, I hold companies to a different standard for packaged food.
If there is a label with an ingredient list, I expect that list to be what is in the container.
So, today when I purchased a strawberry yogurt parfait and the ingredient list has strawberries as the only fruit included...
I expected to only get strawberries.
I expected to only get strawberries.
As I got a bite of raspberries, I couldn't help but think of my friend and what if that had been a cherry instead of a raspberry.
Shaking my head.
Namaste.
