For the first time in my weight loss transformation, I am debating whether to keep a food journal.
In researching the calorie content of some food via Google, I found a site that helps you track your food intake and your exercide output for the day. The problem that I foresee happening is not always being near the internet when I eat to log and my short-term memory isn't always to best.
You can also add "friends" - I think for accountability, but since I just set up my account I'm not sure how it all works.
Has anyone else had success with food journals?
